I contacted the dealership with a couple questions regarding a posted vehicle. The only response received was "would you like to come look" - no questions were even attempted to be answered. Two follow-up emails requesting the courtesy of a reply went unaddressed. Additional online research revealed multiple complaints and post-purchase issues with vehicles from other folks. Buyer beware!

I had contacted them about a false claim in the advertisement about a truck. They have repeatedly contacted me offering to sell me the truck I don't want.

They sold me a car with a known issue. I had to get the attorney general involved to get them to make it right. If you do buy a car here make sure to have it checked by a good mechanic Before giving them any money.

Went to look at a truck. Had a blown engine. He said it was in the description, but it wasnt. Wanted to charge 4k more to replace it.

they sell unsafe cars and trucks don't waste your money. they say that they inspect them total lie. if you buy from them be ready to spend more money to keep the vehicle on the road. do not trust them

Been looking for a 2003 Road King for almost a year. Problem in WNY is owners look at the blue book price and tack on 3 or 4 K. Found this bike on dealers web site, and bought sight unseen. Wayne made sure bike was ready for Haul Bikes. Bike arrived and one can tell it received TLC. The experience was excellent, problem free. Buying on line it is not convenient to drive to the dealership. Dealer would not address my questions, did not pay attention to my buying process. I no longer trust this dealership.

I contacted Frieling Auto Sales through e-mail about a 2008 truck that I was very interested in buying, I received a response back with 24 hours. Wayne was very nice an helpful through the whole process, he kept in touch with me about updates. An he was very patient & understanding of my financial situation. When it was finally time to sign the papers & pick up the vehicle, they had all the fluids checked plus topped off if needed, & the vehicle cleaned up before I got there. All in all I had a great experience with the dealership especially myself being a first time buyer. I have even already started referring a few of my friends to Frieling Auto Sales, knowing they will be just as satisfied with them as I was.
