DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! This was a relative of mine first time buying a car on her own and this dealership and they attempted to charge her over $1,200 in sales tax and fees that had already been paid and documented in her paperwork. Before paying, she contacted the DMV and was told she only needed to pay $60 for any remainder on her end but she should not pay that until her tag arrived because the paper tag issued by the dealership had expired. Following the DMV's advice, when she had not gotten her tag and the one she was issued expired, she returned to the dealership with my father and me to ask for clarification. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility. The manager repeatedly questioned why she brought her father and me, made remarks about needing a "bodyguard," and claimed it looked like we wanted to "jump him" even though there were only three of us which just seemed like an odd comment. Whenever anyone tried to help her explain the situation for moral support, he would rudely tell us to be quiet and insist he would only speak to the person who bought the car. I was eventually told to leave after mentioning what the DMV had told us i’m guessing too many times, so I did not hear the rest of the conversation. However, one of the dealership's associates later contacted us, apologized, and explained that the dealership was trying to recover/ reimburse themselves via their client fees they had already paid on her behalf, which should have been handled properly from the start. She was then asked to return the next day to resolve the issue. We have already reported this dealership to the Better Business Bureau. Between the misleading charges and the unprofessional treatment we received, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business.

I contacted the company about a truck that they have I was contacted 3 days later about a test drive but website showed that it was sold we I tried to make sure that it was still available I never heard anything back from them

My husband and I drove from Durham, to see one specific car, a white Audi A8L. When we got there, the car was parked right out front, with dealer tags on it. I'm thinking this is perfect and its ready for us to test drive! The issue was that the car was apparently being used as a personal vehicle. Old coffee cups, clothing, a bookbag, car chargers, etc. were all over the inside of the vehicle. The car was also dirty. My husband spotted a dent in the front fender of the vehicle, that wasn't in the listing pictures, so we decided that this probably wasn't the car for us. As we walked back to my car, a gentleman who worked there walked out of the front door of the business, hopped in the car, and drove off in it. Definitely a car buying turn off!

Drove over 2 hrs. Car we asked about 3 days prior online was no where to be seen. Guy named Dave said the clutch was sticking and we should look at other cars.. They knew we were coming and never called to tell us it was not running correctly. They had already pulled my husbands credit and approved him but we did NOT want to do business with these guys after this. Very unprofessional and they bait and switch!

Do not waste your time even going to this dealership! Drove over 2 hours to look at a car, they knew I was coming, and said the car would be ready. When I get there, the car had multiple paint and body damages that were not disclosed or shown in any of the pictures of the vehicle. The car was supposably detailed, but both inside and outside were disgusting, there was sticky residue all over the car, crumbs, wrappers, stains, and food smushed into the hinges of the folding seats. The parking brake could not engage because of something sticky being wedged into it. 0/5 Stars would not recommend EVER even looking at one of their vehicles.

🛑Bad bad ❌HORRIBLE people - don’t go there Me and my daughter came to complete auto center in Raleigh to purchase a car & we had the worst experience ever ❌ (MO) ⭕️the finance manager)⁉️Is a CROOK, very weird. He was harassing my daughter trying to ask her out.

Absolute debacle from the minute we got there. Vehicle had 1/4" of water on the passenger's side floor board and the rest of the carpet was totally soaked. Dealers "solution"was to take door seals from another Hummer (that was also leaking" and place them on the Hummer we had gone to look at. Buyers please beware!!!!!
