Jim was very easy to work with and made the whole process very low stress. He explained things well and took time to answer the questions I had. Would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

I bought my truck from here a couple years ago and had to

I bought my truck from here a couple years ago and had to bring it in for recall related problems. Even just the check in process was ridiculous. I scheduled the service in advance and no one was of help when walking in. After I finally got it checked in they gave no rental car. They didnt even look at my truck for several days and continously gave deadlines that kept slipping, along with parts that needed to be ordered. They wouldn't even give a rental until I reminded them that the recall warranty covered it. Once I got the truck back they called me to come back and have it serviced again because the recall they said they did, they actually didn't do it and now Ford wouldn't reimburse them until it was. I was told it would be a quick 30 minute in and out which then turned into a 2 hour wait with absolutely zero inconvenience compensation. I will not be back to this dealer and will actively tell others to avoid it. They will happily waste your time and expect you to just accept it, even if you were a customer of theirs getting that vehicle serviced in the same dealership. AVOID AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Sunset ford back in

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Sunset ford back in 2013, and it was time to by a new car, so I decided to check back and see what Sunset had available. I walked in and was met by Josh Marshall, and we talked about what was available. Since I was interested in a PHEV, he showed me a selection of vehicles on the lot. I was happy with my old Escape, so we concentrated on the new ones, and I decided to buy one. The good news is that I like my 2026 Ford Escape as much as I was happy with the prior one. The bad news is that 2026 is probably the last year for the Escape; so, if you want one, you should go get it soon.

I knew I wanted an Escape hybrid.

I knew I wanted an Escape hybrid. Sunset had one at the price I was looking for. Everything went smoothly from the test drive to the purchase. No high pressure tactics. Logan explained everything. It was a pleasant experience.
