Ideal Cars

Both gentlemen we dealt with were courteous and promt. They had a Kia Sorento with a third row which was perfect for my wife and I. The price the fair, and the process was quick and easy. Looking for a user car I would consider Ideal Cars again.

Carl was very efficient through out the purchasing process, Rick did amazing at scheduling timely repairs & throughly inspecting of the vehicle, overall about $7000 over priced given the year of the vehicle however their friendly exceptional customer service even after the purchase has put me at ease with that. Keep up the great work guys because you haven't let me down & I know you won't! 😉

What a good day walked into my local ideal auto dealership as though I didn’t Drive onto their lot. I parked off site and walked in and there’s quite surprised to see me super nice offered me water snacks and their office was very clean and cool immediately after talking to them withdetails as far as what I wanted and was looking at. Honestly had no idea what I wanted started talking to him and he guided me towards the sport minivans which was perfect. I drove off with one within couple hours love it would’ve never even thought of one so happy I went there thank you everybody that helped

Ideal Cars dealers, was great to work with. I bought the Car for the online listed price. They moved the Car to the nearest location on their own expenses. And fixed the motor mount before I purchase the vehicle.

Looked at the jeep,looked nice. Took it for a ride and when we got back. I looked under the jeep to find an oil leak,it was blowing back onto the transmission and had a bunch of old oil build up on the cross member. So I did not buy the car. They wanted to much for it and wouldn't budge. So I went toa bigger dealership and got a new jeep with 75,000 Mike's on it for almost $5,000 less. Ideal cars want to charge you $1,700 for them to clean the car so they can sell it to you, dont get that at a bigger dealership. So, no I would not recommend Ideal cars for someone looking to get what they are paying for.

They were really helpful getting my car and i love car only problem was they took forever for me to get approved and get the papers finalized.
