Great dealership. No pressure to purchase. I worked specifically with Bill Harada. He encouraged me to take my time to find the right vehicle and keep in contact via phone/email throughout the entire buying process. There was a lot of uncertainty with vehicle inventory and he helped me build/price the car that I wanted in a very calm, friendly fashion. Once it came to signing all the documents, I dealt with Matt Viero who couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful. He made the transaction quick and efficient.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. No one made me feel dumb. From the very first time I called them until the keys were in my hand. The car was clean and nice the very first time I got it. It was not even a Mini and the salesman was very knowledgeable about it. As a first time car buyer it was really daunting but they made it easy to swallow and explained every step clearly and accurately.

Mark Conn was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional, answering every question and concern we had. He was very respectful to my daughter and I. The financing was handled quickly and easily with through Matt, who was as great as Mark to deal with. Overall the best car buying experience I have had, by far!
