The motorcraft oil filter developed a pin hole in the housing and engine oil was getting everything on my new F150. I went to Robin Ford, they sent a mobile tech to my house to look at the F150. He saw the leaking oil filter, replaced it and had me bring the truck to Robin Ford. They changed the oil and cleaned the truck up (oil everywhere underneath). Great job and thanks

Awesome dealer! We drove 4 hours to purchase from Robin Ford and it was definitely worth the drive. They did what they said they would do and did not play any games. Fair trade and easy transaction. When we need another we will have no problem driving that far again. All dealerships could learn some customer service from Robin Ford.
