trade in and new car purchase
My sale person was very professional. But what I didn't like is I had no say so on my trade in. I had brand new tires and I had installed a backup camera for which I paid $250.00 and plus installation. I was told several time to get me to come to the dealership that because I had made all my payments (27) on time I qualify for a reduced interest rate at least 10% not the 19% that I had. That was a lie. Plus today I learn from my previous loan company that they were never contacted to let them know that my 2013 Kia Soul was paid off. Why was I at this Dealership? Because they kept on calling my phone saying that I qualify for a reduce interest rate which would lower my payments. Give us a time that you will be coming out. I told my salesman that I didn't want to go over $400.00 a month. My last truck I was paying $382.73 a month. I was good with that. now this truck my payments are $552.00 a month.

brand new kis soul not 2 weeks old is a piece of xxxx!!!!
New soul not 2 weeks on , you can't put gas in it at all ! Took it in to be fixed . they took parts off my 2 week old car then told me my part would take 2 months to come in. Now mind you my check engine light is still on and you can't put any gas in it. They said they had no loaner ! And can't replace this lemon.

Best buying car experience ever!!
By far this is the best car buying experince I have ever had, Thanks to my sales associate John Breedlove @ Nalley Kia, He was simply grate! He was very customer friendly answering all my question and concerns. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. He made the process very easy, smooth, and time friendly. I drove in at 2:30 pm in a 2007 model car and left at about 6:30 pm in a brand new 2016 Kia Optima. John stayed with me right up tll the time I drov out after signing of my fianacing document John took time to even help me set up my bluetooth connection to my phone and explain and show me how to operate some of the many great options that come in my Kia Optima. I definitely without a doubt recommend to anyone that's looking for a great deal and great car buying experience to go and see sales person John Breedlove at Nalley Kia @ Stonecrest.

Great customer service, great car, great rate
Our sales man, Amir was very helpful and walked us through the entire process. We ended up with a great car at a very affordable rate. We explained to him the things we were looking for in a car from style, size, milage, rate, comfort etc. and all of our needs were met. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. Past dealerships made me feel like they were trying get over but at the particular facility you can tell they value the customer.

Best combination of price and customer service
I had conversations with twelve different Kia dealerships to find the best price on a new Optima. Some would offer a low price over the phone or by email but once you arrived the car was not as described or the pricing had changed. There were lots of "miscommunications" and "misunderstandings." To be fair, there were some others that seemed genuinely focused on working with the buyer, but Nalley Kia had the best combination of price and customer service. I worked with Juawn Middleton (Internet Sales Director) and John Breedlove (Sales Consultant). Both were very straightforward in what they could offer. The car and the deal were exactly as represented, with no pressure nor attempt to upsell. In fact, they were more patient about the sale than I was. While my comparison shopping started almost a week earlier, I spoke with Juawn on the last day of the month, which is normally when dealerships are trying to meet sales goals and when you hear the phrase, "this deal is good only through the end of the day." Because the process normally takes a couple of hours under the best of circumstances, I was fully prepared after work to gather up my 4 year old and rush to the dealership in 5 o'clock traffic. Throughout the day, Juawn and I had been discussing a particular car they had on the lot because it matched the trim and optional features I was looking for. Once we were close to an agreement, he said he would check that the car was still available since he had seen someone test driving it in-between our conversations. That is normally a huge red flag that a dealer is about to pull a bait and switch, but this was definitely not the case. The car was no longer available, so without prompting Juawn offered to get me any color combination I wanted, with the same features, and there would be no change in price. He also offered to let me schedule a time to come to the dealership that would be convenient for my family even though it would obviously not help with the current month's sales. John did a great job of demoing the car, explaining the features, and taking care of the actual purchase of the car. I can't thank Juawn and John enough for taking the frustration out of making such a major decision. I will definitely recommend Nalley Kia to others.

Simply The Best
I came to get my 2013 Kia Optima serviced but left in a brand new 2016 Kia Cadenza thanks to Justin Spears you are "Simply The Best Better than all the Rest". I was thinking all negative thoughts about buying a car but Justin just took me by the hand and made it smooth sailing Thank You Justin!!! If I hear of someone looking for a car I am sending them to Nalley Kia and telling them to please ask for Justin Spears!!!

Welcoming and Friendly
My mother and I were in three times in one week, keeping both John and Ali at work well after the quitting time. They both were very patient and informative with both of our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured at any time to make a decision or leave. They both gave us multiple options to work with and ended up very happy with our final deal. I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone. They were very professional and accommodating to all of our needs. They both had wonderful customer service!
