Great customer service

As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by Carlton. He was very friendly and gave great customer service. He introduced his GM who was also great. He even helped us personally with our paperwork. He went above and beyond to make our sales experience a good one. Staff is very friendly. Just an overall great experience.

Very professional, nice showroom

We got there late but everyone was very nice and we were able to drive out in our Kia Soul.

My Sales Rep is Better Than Yours!

My experience With Reggie Taylor and the finance manager was AWESOME! My process was a smooth process. I received Excellent customer service.Everyone was polite,and very knowledgeable of there jobs .I will be referring my friends ,clients and family members.

WARNING!! STAY AWAY!! CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING!!!

On 3 separate visits, I've had 3 separate incidents at this 1 location. 1 visit, the technician had broken the window guard on my vehicle and instead of telling me, they prolonged my visit in an attempt to try to find one and replace it w/o my knowledge but because they no longer made the ones on my vehicle, they finally had to tell me and explain what happened and they replaced them w/some that were nowhere near the same. They were a lot smaller/shorter than the ones that were previously on my vehicle and really didn't serve the purpose. Yeah, they were designed for my make and model but defeated the purpose. The sunlight shines in my vehicle. 2 other visits entails me coming in for the purchas 4 new tires (spending over $500) and brake service (spending over $200) and BOTH times, mysteriously, the center wheel caps were missing. The 1st time, their excuse was that the tabs on the center wheel caps are very thin and they fall off. Really? I've had my vehicle for over 9 years and have replaced my tires every 1 1/2 - 2 years and my brakes & rotors as needed, and have NEVER had a service provider lose a center wheel cap. It was a bunch of "xx" but I purchased another 1 the 1st time and the 2nd time I get the same story and finally the Service Mgr Chad said they would replace it and it'll be in the next week. I've been calling and strangely enough, he's never available nor is the Gen. Mgr. Have left messages for a return call but phone calls have gone ignored. While receiving service, the staff were polite and courteous. Don't get me wrong but the follow up and taking responsibility for something that they did wrong is not good customer service. I only started going to Nalley Kia because I moved closer to that location. I've decided to return to the location to where I purchased my vehicle and was having my car serviced, Southlake Kia. I can no longer deal with a company that takes their customers complaints as a joke.

Great customer service

I especially like how they seemed to try to get us in a good car close to a monthly payment that won't leave us broke and I hope they truly did that.

all i can say is awesome..I always have a great visit...

My salesman was John..sorry but I don't know his last name....He is very friendly and always makes me feel so welcome when i come..along with the other staff as well...Reggie was supposed to be my original salesman..But he wasn't able to because he was providing great customer service to another client..Thats How john came about... John is very professional and knowledgable...I am so happy that he ended up being my salesman...It was meant..thats all i can say..I love the friendship with my salesman and dealership....Most of all..I love my car..I bought a 2015 Kia Optima Ex ..love it..I already picked out my next 2 cars..laugh out loud.....Thank you and keep up the great work...

Very friendly. The sales rep was very professional

I gave this rating because the sales rep, Marcus Booker was extremely professional and polite. He made me feel very comfortable and he went above and beyond to honor all of my requests. I was very pleased and satisfied with my purchase. The entire staff was very helpful and polite. The place had a warm friendly atmosphere.

Great experience

Cylde was great and gave me the best experience. I was expecting one thing and he gave me better. I love that he is professional and such and at the same time down to earth. He is definitely the best car sales man.
