Very disappointed with this place.

Very disappointed with this place. We were promised a free replacement radio for our Jeep, but after multiple visits, zero communication, and weeks of delays, they installed a used radio from a different model year that didn’t even work. We had to chase them down for updates, and their customer service was terrible—no one takes responsibility except the original salesperson, who rarely answers calls. Now we’re stuck with a faulty radio and looking at spending $1,000+ to fix it ourselves. Save yourself the headache and go to a real dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from this place about a month ago, and this thing has been in the shop about 3 times now. There’s so many problems with it, I won’t bother to name them all. Just know it has extreme engine problems. Originally went to go look at a Lincoln Navigator, talked with Sean several times about how THAT was the car I was specifically looking for. He knew that’s why I was driving all the way from Kentucky, was to look at a Lincoln Navigator. We even messaged the day of, and didn’t mention once that the Lincoln I was looking for, wasn’t even there! They sold it. Which would’ve been fine, had they told me before I drove all the way up there. Then when he wouldn’t budge on the price of the Ford Expedition, and I said I was gonna cut my losses and leave, he proceeded to guilt me because he “already got some of the paperwork out”. I ended up getting the Expedition because I very much needed a vehicle. It was $16,000 cash, and now I’ve already poured over $2000 in repairs, and they are still ongoing. Thanks Sean! Will never recommend this place to anybody.

I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership.

I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. Even though I had to fly to Cincinnati to pay for it and drive it back to Arkansas it was worth it. My sales person, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with and the car is just wonderful!

Sean was amazing to work with and he made my experience wonderful and got me the car I wanted fast and easy no headaches and no drama I highly recommend everyone to go see them and get a great vehicle

We bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander from this

We bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership for $10k. The vehicle had issues, including a hanging interior piece, sticky A/C buttons, exposed ceiling wires, and a rear door that wouldn't stay open. We were promised repairs by Thursday but found out on Saturday that the wrong parts had been ordered from eBay, so the rear door issue wasn't fixed. While transferring our belongings, a salesperson named Tyler tried to steal our vape device. Then, less than an hour after my wife and daughter drove off, they were locked out because the dealership didn’t provide a working key for the doors. When confronted, the dealership tried to blame us, despite their so-called "100 point inspection." We requested a full inspection, but they argued and said we'd have to wait until Monday to speak with the owner. Over the weekend, we decided to return the car and were charged a $500 restocking fee. This dealership is dishonest and lacks any sense of customer service. Avoid them at all costs!
