Also John was informative and down-right a delightful person. I was so surprised how short and sweet this whole experience was; just took 2 hours tops. Definitely recommend them!

Low pressure, consultative approach to selling. They gave me a fair offer in writing and allowed me to leave the dealership and test drive a competitors car without the normal shenanigans. I called the next day to accept their offer and they had the car ready and waiting for me along with all of the paperwork. Total time to purchase and receive my new car was under an hour. I had such a great experience with leasing my new Ford Escape from Lester Glenn! I came in with a car in mind and with some 'must haves' for that vehicle and Dustin and Billy got me just what I was looking for. There was never any pressure. They listened to both what I wanted and what I needed in a car, as well as personal preferences, and also took into consideration my budgetary constraints. I was trading in my current Ford Focus and the process couldn't have been easier. While I was looking at and test driving the Escapes, they were getting me the trade in estimate. I was in the market for a new cargo van for my business. A friend bought a van their a few months ago and recommended I go there too. They were not your typical sleazy car salesmen. Very professional and honest. They gave me a great price right away, we did not have to play the typical games going back and forth negotiating. They did not even try to up sell me on the extras. I was in and out in 3 hours. I have bought many vehicles for my business through the years, this was my best experience. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend them.
