I've worked with the service department before, but this is the first time we bought a vehicle from this dealer and we were super happy with how everything went, the team working there (Lo, Khara, Dalton) made it a very good experience, and we'd definitely come back next time.

I find buying a car extremely stressful, but Gerson and the folks at Audi Beaverton made the process simple. I visited the dealership a week prior to looking at a car I saw on the website. It was not available at that time but Gerson offered to keep me informed. He reached out when it was available, sent me photos, and scheduled a time to see the car. Over the course of the series of visits and multiple test drives, Audi, Beaverton, and especially Lorraine we incredibly informative and patient in the decision, making process leading up to the purchase. Over a the visits we looked at a series of trims were considered. Both Lorraine and Audi Beaverton Truly took a consultative approach, understanding. What were the specific focuses in goals for us. Got a 2026 Audi A6 Prestige with the help of Gerson and wasn’t even planning on getting a car quite yet but they found the exact build that I wanted and made the whole process super smooth and was extremely friendly.
