My wife and I came last Thursday to look at a Ford Escape we found online, Jerome, the sales rep, was excellent, would highly recommend him to anyone, however the car was poorly detailed (we also know it had been sitting on the lot a little while). Also the hood looked like it had been taken off the put back on but not straight, noticed this cause the car needed jumped. One of the other 2 we test drove also needed jumped.

My experience with this dealership specifically Jerome was excellent. Always quick to answer any questions I had. No pressure to buy. I had them run a finance deal but ended up using my own source of financing. They were happy to give me all my options for me to make an informed decision.

She answered all of my questions quickly, did as much as we could over the phone, and even facetimed me so I could view it with my own eyes!
