DO NOT BUY

I purchased a 2011 Honda Civic from the Jeffrey Auto Group located at 30800 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville, MI 48066 on June 17th, 2023. The car salesman, Matt, pulled up with the vehicle after stating it was getting detailed. When he stepped out of the vehicle he made a comment about how well the A/C worked. We then went for a test drive and the A/C worked and everything seemed good. After everything was signed I left the car there to go pick my spouse up so we could bring it back home. When she got in the car and drove home she stated the A/C was no longer working and that it was blowing hot air. On top of this, the listing stated it had cold A/C. We returned with the car Monday, June 19th, 2023, and stated that the problem happened immediately after. I believe this was a prior problem that was masked with an A/C charge because the service mechanics stated that the compressor was broken and the Schrader valve on the high-pressure line was leaking. I even gave this location the benefit of the doubt to correct this issue by speaking to Michael Scenga, the sales manager for that location, and he stated that they do not mask any problems and that since I purchased the vehicle as is, there was nothing that they could do. I wish something else could've worked out with this purchase or we could have come to an agreement but I firmly believe that this location deceives and only cares about the dollar made, not the customer's satisfaction. I just would like to alert you on how dissatisfied I am with my vehicle purchase. I will go out of my way to make sure no one experiences what I have been put through here. I do not recommend this place to purchase vehicles from.

Good experience

Overall experience was pretty good. But I think the finance guy is a little wet behind the ears. Definitely not a people person. I thank he should probably find a different line of work.

Unsatisfactory service Overall.

I purchased my Honda CRV from this place and am very satisfied but it was a nightmare to get it serviced when it was time for getting it serviced. They charged for service that they never provided. lots of confusion and trying to pacify the customer but turned out to be a hollow promise too. Very poor service. Car wasn't repaired properly even when it was within the warranty period. Highly unsatisfied. Had to take my car to another dealership for servicing.

Lease of 2021 CR-V EX-L

I worked with Lee at Jeffrey Honda. He contacted me within hours of my sending an email about a trade-in and new lease. That same day came to my work with the car I ended up leasing and reviewed my trade-in, took photos and test drove. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with.. The dealer gave excellent price for my trade-in and entire deal done within 2 days. Very satisfied with salesman Lee and entire dealership.

great customer service

I worked with Gloria at Jeffrey Honda when trying to by a new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Gloria was very attentive, explained all the accessories, patient, and always followed up with me to see what I was thinking. I came to the showroom to see her three times and she was never one of those pushy car sales reps to get me to close that day. Of course on the dealer side, management may not like that. But on the consumer side, I felt I was able to come to her with any questions and not be anxious on making immediate decisions. Unfortunately, when I thought I was ready to close on a deal, family issues caused me not to get a car at that time. However, I will remember the customer service that was provided by Gloria, and will recommend Jeffrey Honda to family/friends/colleagues, so that they too can enjoy the experience of car shopping. Great Job Gloria and Jeffrey Honda!

Satisfied Customer

My husband took the car for general service and his only complaint was that it took longer than he anticipated. He was greeted immediately, the order was written up, but then it took about 2 hours for the work to be completed. Otherwise, he was very pleased.

Service department

Not happy. It was only an oil change. Told it would take about an hour. At an hour and fifteen minutes later was told it just had to wash car. 40 minutes later car was done. During payment had to wait because was finishing prior transaction. So another 5 to 6 minutes later finally got to me. Went out to my car and a Jeffrey Honda collision was parked in front of me and I went in and asked them to move and they said they couldnt find the driver. Again 5 minutes later they moved. The should have parked in a designated legal parking spot or in the back. Proving customers are not important. I could see it if they were busy but it did not seem that way. There were no cars in the repair area and many people standing around talking. I have been coming to Jeffrey Honda since 2003 and never have been disatified. I was thinking of a new vehicle but now I am not sure if I will return. I will tell people to be cautious about Hondas service department. I really felt like a inconvenience to your business.
