Very pleased with the buying experience at the Used Car Factory. Our salesman (Skip Wine) was extremely nice and did not pressure us to buy. He worked with us on our negotiations and we got the price we wanted. We were in and out in less than an hour when we went to pick our vehicle up. It was cleaned and ready to go. They even filled the tank for us. The paperwork was handled very quickly by Steve Pyles. Very pleasant attitude and wanted to ensure we were happy.
