I had a great experience with Jamie, Jody, and Steve. They had a vehicle I wanted, and they worked with me on it to make it happen right away. They gave me a fair trade on my car. They ended up going above on the new car. It ended up needing immediately a tire rotation, struts for the trunk, and after some surprise over a transmission slip concern, new spark plugs. They got all that done right away. When i was getting a second key cut at the dealer the next week the alternator went and they helped me get square there too. Above and beyond, would definitely recommend. Steve was a great help too letting me get my finances sorted at my own bank after the right purchase.

Our initial sales experience was phenomenal. However, the follow up service has been terrible. They have not been good about returning phone calls, and have had our car for over two weeks and still not work done on it. They always have very valid excuses, but that doesn't help when you are down a car. We will never willingly get our business again.

Donny was excellent & helped us get what we needed! This was the only dealership that we've ever been to where we were there for under 2 hours. He was very attentive to our needs even when he had multiple customers. Even after we took possession of the vehicle & found a minor issue they took care of it, no questions asked. Hands down GREAT customer service!!!

Oh My God! I've purchase several vehicles in the past. Not once can I say that I have had the experience I had with Jamie, Steve and the entire staff of The Used Car Factory. They were polite, knowledgeable and willing to work with me. They had me in the vehicle before I signed the paperwork. I drove up from southern va not planning on purchase but john Carlson made me feel so comfortable that I purchased would recommend to anyone
