Checking with me to see if I had any questions or issues. Making sure I was fully satisfied and this was all AFTER I bought! Service there… spectacular! Not only are they professional and educated but accommodating! Went in for my inspection and they told me we noticed it’s about time for your oil change, would like us to do that now? They did it right then, I only waited a short time more AND the oil change was included in my purchase so I didn’t have to pay! A great group of people to deal with. My daughter and son in law have even switched their vehicles over there for service ( after not being happy with their 2 new vehicles service where they bought elsewhere) and will now be customers there for not only continued service but purchasing their next vehicles ! Bravo to all!

I was shopping for a new Wagoneer. Called because they had the exact one I was looking for. Got a salesman named Jonathan. He connected me to the Manager Darrell. Man, am I glad I called them. I was trying to buy local, to no avail. Darrell helped me with the whole purchase. They even delivered it to my house 3 hours away! I am so satisfied with my purchase that I’m recommending them to anyone asking. Had an issue with the vehicle, it was rectified immediately by the dealer, no questions asked. Go see Darrell! He will make sure you’re happy with everything!

I have purchased two trucks from Shepard in Thomaston, and when Dodge comes out with a pickup EV that qualifies for the $7500 credit I will buy a third. Great salesman, no pressure, gave me time do do my own research and at the end of the day a solid deal. They want you to be their customer forever, which is the attitude every honest business should have. Their service department is top-notch.

Lists for 11k more when you call them. Do to the market most dealerships are over pricing all trucks. Do your self a favor with a independent price check by VIN. Other wise you may be way upside down. Think I will wait for more to hit the market or a reasonable price for both. User and seller. GM told me “why would I sell for what it’s worth when I can get more”

I just bought a used Toyota Tacoma at this dealership. The salesperson was helpful, respectful and courteous. He was easy to work with and was positive when asked more than once for the best deal available on the used vehicle. He was assisted by others in completing the sale. It is a young, able and friendly team and an experience that was lacking in stress. We were able to come to a very fair price.

Michael Maroules and the team at Shepards were very pleasant and one of the best places Ive ever walked into when it comes to be being courteous and taking time to listening to me and what I needed.
