I had to purchase a car for my daughter in College. I was told to go to ALM in Buford near the Mall of Georgia. I started walking around the lot looking at SUV's. I then met Claudio Timoftica and he helped me find a Mercedes SUV. The SUV was in incredible condition. Claudio was professional and explained everything to me. I said I'll be back later in the day. I went back that evening and we test drove the car. I told him I wanted it! From the time I met Claudio to the time we drove it off the lot he was Professional, Friendly, Honest and made sure every step thru the process I understood everything. This is by far the best buying a used car experience I have ever had! Thank You ALM and Thank You Claudio for an awesome experience! I will be coming back next time I need a car.

The process was very difficult. I drove 45 minutes to the store, after I asked if the paperwork was ready, and the paperwork was incomplete due to a misunderstanding. I felt like the sales person wasn't thorough enough to understand the situation and was just concerned about getting me into the dealership.

I needed a Pick Up with power. I met with my sales person Kelly Chetlin. Kelly knew what I was looking for and found several vehicles for me to pick from. We found a great vehicle and did the deal which I thought was fair.
