I’ve bought a couple of cars they were good 8-10 years ago now just got a car a tracker device they never had 1 and 2 they will shut down your car so quickly if you’re late on payments which they never had 3 the financial company there dealing trash they have fees that’s crazy I put down 3000 cash they wanted me to sign a deferred payment plan I missed the payment was down sick from surgery they repoed the and put it on my credit so fast please don’t go there and fall for what is going on there now today It’s bad business

I found this place on Marketplace and against my better judgement, decided to do business with them. I read all reviews (the bad reviews are ACCURATE) of any place I do business with but these people encourage you to do a review way before you have a chance to analyze if you've received great service or not. First, make sure ANYTHING that needs to be worked on the vehicle is done BEFORE you purchase because the Service Department has poor customer service, it will take months to get an appointment & your car still might not get fixed. Check engine light came on soon as I drove off the lot. Secondly, these people practice deceptive and fraudulent methods to secretly get the vehicle back from you. (Don't get me started on the ladies in the offices, they're rude and very unprofessional). I had to hire a lawyer and am pursuing charges against them for stealing my vehicle in the same month that the payment was due. They kept the original car key and key lock (said the car didn't come with them). The deal was just all wrong and please do not trust these people, they're scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This is the 4 car we buy from the same dealer. Raquel is excellente personality to work she have the experience and the customer service to work with everyone. Raquel take time to listen what really you need and you can pay. I will recommend anyone to stop by and work with Raquel she is great.
