I asked a question, And the only reply I got was please call us at this number. They at least they could do is to answer my question. I understand the car dealers mentality of getting you into the lot, but this kind of response will keep me away.

Called 2 days before going to the dealership was told the vehicle was still in inventory. So I drive up unannounced and asked to speak with Zack told him who I was and about the vehicle I had saw on craigslist he showed me the vehicle and told me to test drive it as long as I wanted. After a lengthy test drive Zach asked what I thought I told him I wanted to test drive another truck so he gave me those keys upon return he asked once again what I thought told him I wanted to think about it so I made a couple calls and made my decision there was never any pressure to sell or try to push 1 vehicle more than the other. Best used car lot experience I've ever had. Very helpful with sales and financing I will definitely buy there again if I'm looking for a used vehicle

First off was impressed with the consistency of nice looking trucks on the lot. I was in town from Indiana, found the truck I came for, was thrilled with how clean it was, looked it over addressed a few concerns and we made a deal. I was pleased with how helpful and patient Zach and staff were since we were working with my credit union in Indiana. I’ve also never had a dealership fill up my new “used” vehicle to make the 7 hour drive home. Thanks again

I stood in the rain looking at trucks yesterday afternoon then called the salesman who promised to call me with a price today he never did so when I called the dealership they said he was gone for the day and did not offer to help me in anyway I will shop elsewhere don't like to be lied to

This is my second buying experience at Gowen Wholesale. Large inventory and very helpful Salesmen. Would highly recommend and would do business here again.

Hard to write a review when the dealership doesn't return e-mails or calls. Perhaps business is going so well for them, that they can ignore multiple requests for information on a couple of different vehicles. I'm a motivated buyer with a solid down payment in hand. So I can't rate the quality of their operation, as it appears to be non-existent.
