We went to take my stepdaughter car shopping and ended up driving home in our very own 2016 Tacoma Sport. We couldn't have been more pleased with the staff and the personal touch they applied. The process took less than 2 hours and we were out the door. Their professionalism and caring approach is simply unmatched. Everyone's personalities exudes "family." Best experience I ever had buying a car. Billy, my salesman was awesome. Very easy to work with. The whole process was good from start to finish. The manager was very friendly. Cass was great about going over all the features. My evening wasn't over till pretty late and everyone that I dealt with was still upbeat and helpful, even after the long day! We, my wife and I, went there for an oil change and ended up driving a new CAMRY home. We were offered a deal we just could not pass up. The sales people were great Collin Smith, Ken Brown. And Terry Sewell did a super job of telling us how the high tech systems work, and even programming them for us.

Excellent dealership. Bought new 2016 Camry XSE. Whole experience was pleasant. No undue pressure. Salesman (Patrick) was excellent. Manager (Scott) could not have been better. My husband was looking for a reasonably priced toyota truck .He found 1 online and called them about it. He offered them a fair price which was NADA book, meaning that is what the car lot can sell it for top retail. They said come on down we will work out a deal. We get there, test drive it and start to look at numbers. There lowest price was 2000 OVER retail. Then he proceeded to explain the price. Needless to say, he didn't leave room for questions about why used car salesmen get a bad rap. He proved the rule. Wasted trip to johnson city..we could have been told his deal over the phone ...no leaving house required.

we were not even considering buying in Tenn until we saw the selection and met Brian Cook and started talking. We were treated with respect from everyone there and the knowledge of the products was extraordinary. We will probably purchase another vehicle for our daughter in the near future because of the way we were treated.
