Sales man will boldface lie to you

I worked with Brian Cook at Johnson city Toyota and after 2 hours he told us he would need to speak with our finance comoany, well he called is today which happens to be Columbus day and told us our finance company wanted is to be at a certain amount out the door. WELL GUESS WHAT OUR FINANCE COMPANY IS CLOSED. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Great Experience

The service here is very very poor.

The service center is very poor. I was charged $150.00 to test drive my truck because it was vibrating at 50 to 60 mph. They said it need a tune up. I told them it needed a tune up. They also used 1/2 a tank of gas.. I was given a estimate of $2000.00 to fix other problems, my bill was over $ 2000.00 and the work is still not finished, and they can not tell me how much more it will cost. I called the service manager, and left a message. It took him 4 days to call me back. He stated he was not at his desk. He would call me back. Four days later he did call and left me a message to call back. I have since left him two new messages and have not heard back. I call the service department, to try and the cost to finish the work. Again was told they would have to call be back. It has been two days and no return call. They never did tell me why my truck was vibrating. They did give a estimate for 4 new tires $7206.26.

Toyota of JC is a great place to buy your new car.

The staff was friendly, well informed, and quick. The car is great too.

Poor service

Went for a scheduled oil change and it took them over 2 hours to complete the simple task, never again will I go to Johnson City Toyota and have bought numerous vehicles there

Excellent Experience!

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and gave personal cell phone numbers in case we had questions after leaving dealership. Been buying from here for quite some time and will definitely continue.
