My son recommended Mazda Dealership in Concord to purchase a used car he saw online. He connected me with online product specialist representative Fraidoon Jalal, and I went to see him. It was a pleasure working with Fraidoon and he explained everything very professionally and in detail about the 2014 Lexus hybrid car. I am a happy new owner and I had a great experience with him and staff members.

Great customer service, clear explanations, honest pricing, respectful salespeople. Provided easy access to see the vehicle and test drive. Estimates of trade-in value and options were quick and clear.

Really enjoyed working with Gregory M. as I researched and eventually purchased a certified pre-owned CX-30. Gregory was responsive to my emails and quickly answered my initial questions. The on-site experience was relatively smooth and easy, with appropriate covid protocols in place. I hope to work with Gregory again, as I already suspect we are fast becoming a Mazda family.

For more than six years, I have been bringing my car to Concord Mazda’s Service Center and have always been pleased with the level of care and consideration shown by their team. The service advisors are terrific, as they explain things in a way that is easy for me to understand and provide frequent updates on the maintenance process. I am very thankful that Concord Mazda instituted a new service during the public health crisis in which they arrange to pick up the car from my home, take it in for servicing, and then drive it back. I am especially grateful to Benjamin, as he went above and beyond in taking care of my car, and to Dave, who kept me informed on how the work was progressing. Many thanks!

Was not looking forward to the process of purchasing a new car having had previous not so pleasant experience with pushy and dishonest salesman and dealers, but Marie and Concord Mazda are “ The Best”

Ethan was very great. He showed me 3 different cars and did a great job explaining each one. He was very patient and helped me run all the numbers for all the different options. Never felt any pressure from him or his team to buy. Only downside is that their price was not the most competitive of 3 comparable bids. I gave Ethan last look to match but he couldn’t. I appreciate the honesty and efforts. BTW. This Mazda dealership needs more customer parking spaces!

I went through Costco and this dealer came up in referral. I did everything via e-mail (my preference) up to the point where car was being brought to dealership. After that salesperson had deal and car I wanted waiting for me. A painless, easy and no pressure car buying experience. Go see Marie or Anibal.
