Jason was beyond amazing!

Paperwork wasn't sent properly.

Paperwork wasn't sent properly. Purchase and sales wasn't made out correctly so it messed up my loan and I was paying more per month than I wanted. Got the car home and the keyless entry button didn't work so had to bring it back to get it checked for a tech to tell me yes it's the button, well order it and get back to you to bring it in again. Wasn't a great experience buying the car

Agreed price was good, but he also promised an extra free

Agreed price was good, but he also promised an extra free oil change but did not receive the voucher that was promised. Also, no floor mats.

Was told that they left the wipers on during the whole

Was told that they left the wipers on during the whole day and they never stopped working however I used the wipers the next time it rained and the wipers stopped working. Don't believe that they truly did anything or looked to fix the problem
