Terrible service
I went for an oil change and when I left and drove home about 40 mins in all my lights came on. Such as tire pressure etc. I called them and they told me to drive all the way back to turn them off. Once I got there they offered a free oil change for my next one for all the trouble. Today I went in for my “free” oil change and they couldn’t find the coupon that they offered me. They said no, you have to pay. Already annoyed at their lack of detail I handed them a $100 for my oil change and they didn’t have any change. They told me I had to go out and find some change. I did. And when I got back took my car, 2 blocks down the lights came back on. This is a horrible terrible service place for your cars. I’m never coming back here. And I will leave this review on all platforms because this is NOT okay. I don’t recommend this place.

Best car dealership I have experienced in 30 years
I actually for the first time ever had a very pleasant experience buying my brand new Honda. Austin was the salesman and he was amazing. I live about 75 miles away from the the dealership and I never had to even step foot on the lot. He was able to get me the car I wanted with the down payment and monthly payments I wanted with no trouble at all. Austin actually drove all the way to my house for me to sign the papers and then he drove my new car to me and picked up my trade in. He made 2 trips to the coast just to help me out and that is unheard of anymore these days. I will absolutly be going back when if I need to purchase another car. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thank you so much Dick's Hillboro Honda and Austin.

Happy Customer
This is my third purchase from Hillsboro Honda over 20 years. The staff have always been helpful in finding a car that meets my needs. With the current shortage of vehicles I was concerned that a new purchase would be difficult. ANTHONY found my car on the incoming inventory list, walked me through the purchase and kept me updated every step of the way as my car moved toward home. Yesterday I was able to pick it up....I am very pleased with the car and the staff at Hillsboro Honda!!

Frustrating communication
We've had abysmal communication. After a fairly pleasant evening of test drives plus purchase negotiations, it became almost impossible to get information from staff. It took a week to finalize the financing, despite being approved right away. Requests for warranty paperwork and accessory availability went unanswered. We were told more than once that the paperwork was delayed because we bought it before this had been finalized, as if this was something we should have known at purchase. When the trip permit was set to expire, they revealed that they were waiting on me to return with the car for a DEQ test. I thought I was waiting on plates! No one advised us of the processes and just acted like we were supposed to know what to do. Even though I like my vehicle, I came away feeling like a nuisance, and I'll never buy from Dick's again.

Best dealership experience yet!
Had an awesome experience at Dick's Honda with Josh Watson. I felt no pressure or like I was being forced into anything, they let me test drive their car by myself and it was no hassle. On top of that my situation was a bit complicated with purchasing but it was absolutely not an issue with them and they understood completely and worked with me the entire time. The entire team there was super polite and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone
