I purchased a new car from Nelson Kia on July 29th.

I purchased a new car from Nelson Kia on July 29th. I had been to the dealership about a week prior just to look and see what type of car I may be interested in. I was met by a wonderful salesman, Michael Roberts, that was not at all pushy and was so honest and helpful. I drove several cars and was still on the fence about which car I was going to go with. After I left that day, I knew that when I purchased a car, it was going to be from Nelson. I have bought many cars over the years, but this experience was by far the best I have ever had, I hope to have my new car for years but when I am ready to trade it in, it will be at Nelson Kia. Highly Recommend!

This is my second vehicle from this dealership. I love the staff and appreciate being treated well and appreciated. Judy made my second car buying experience as easy as the first.

AWESOME service department!

Nelson Kia customer service is awesome. Not only do they take care of my vehicle correctly, but I also gt a complimentary car wash every time I visit. And,... since I purchased my tires from them I will get a free rotation and balance for the life of the tires!! I did not buy this vehicle from them, but I will buy from them in the future!

Used car

General manager very rude,just ask a question about repairing a fender,he was very rude,I will not buy another car from nelsons automotive,as far as sales person he was very nice

Shady business practices - BEWARE!

Unless you know you are going to buy with these guys, do not give these guys any personal information. They come off as nice enough (like most people do around here), but don't be fooled. I asked them specifically not to run hard credit. They supposedly slipped a document in front of me that had me authorizing a hard inquiry, while assuring me that a hard inquiry would not be done. To them, saying you're interested in a car is the go ahead to run hard credit. There was a total lack of communication on this after I communicated concern to them regarding a hard check. This, on top of Nelson Ford damaging my current car but blaming it on wear and tear, means I will never go back to an autos by Nelson dealership. These guys are your run of the mill slimeballs that you'd expect in desperate, low tier dealership. Judy Hardy, you seemed really nice but that was really shady and that kind of lack of communication that affects customers livelyhood is absolutely unacceptable.

Repair for a KIA THEY DID not SELL Yes! Hart Motor

This is the only KIA Dealer that would FIX a KIA that they didn't even sell! Not to just trade it in and rid of the problem,they have Fixed the problem on Bank 1 and are fixing the same problem on Bank 2! All under warranty that the seller would not FIX! Salem is not the place to Purchase a KIA! Unless you never have a problem! 10 yr 10000 mile warranty means nothing to them! If its 2 good 2 be true,it always has been for me! Cheep and Good don't go together! Never Has!

Easy transaction, great people, A++

All calls and emails were answered promptly and all questions answered. Great car at a great price from good, friendly, knowledgeable people. The n/a answers I gave were because I've just purchased the car and haven't had any problems with anything.

Big dealer inventory, Small town feel!

The Nelson team never disappoints. No need to drive to a bigger city. They have plenty of cars and give you the individualized service to help you get the car you need! I'll be back and sending everyone I know their way!
