Exceptional Motorcar

Overall generally pleased with salesperson. For the most part he took time to answer my questions. Finance manager, however, went through paperwork rather quickly which was not up to my satisfaction.

My family has purchased several vehicles at Exceptional thru the years. what (if any) small issues/concerns there were, they took care of. Just purchased a 2016 Sierra Denali Duramax 2500HD from them. Very satisfied.

I purchased my 2016 Ford Edge from them and they are professional, personable, knowledgeable and spend time with me. I did not feel pressured at all and my Salesman, Alan was excellent to work with. I went there to test drive the car and bought it on the spot. KUDOS!

Dustin at Exceptional Motorcar went above and beyond to help connect me with the right vehicle for a great price and excellent mileage. He worked me with after hours and came in on his day off to accommodate my traveling requirements. I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle out of state through a website, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

I have just purchased a Dodge Journey off the lot not even a month ago , and have been stranded twice because the car won't start. The inception I heard about should've caught a major problem like the car not starting. I even asked the dealer if there was any major problems and he replied no. Well at least someone's pockets are full. We are a family of five with 3 young children and thought we were purchasing a good family car. Not something that was gonna leave us stranded after 2 weeks of having it. P.s stay away from dodge journeys & exceptional motors just out for you're money , they don't care if there selling you a pile of junk!!!!!

I have never had an easier or more comfortable car buying experience in my life. I live in Virginia, so trying to buy a used truck in Ohio could have been complicated and frustrating. Everyone at Exceptional Motorcar, particularly Dustin, was extremely courteous and patient. I love my truck!

I was impressed with the sales consultant but I was even more impressed with their finance manager. I don't have the best credit, so most people in that position typically make you feel worthless or your visit seem pointless. The finance manager at Exceptional Motors was exceptional! He never made me feel unimportant. He worked with me until we found the right price for my budget! I had a very positive experience which typically doesn't happen for me at car dealerships. I was lucky to walk away with the car I wanted!

We had a great experience buying here. The vehicles were very clean. The staff and owner were very accommodating. Our salesman, Alan, even brought paperwork to our home after a better interest rate was found for our loan.

I contacted them regarding a vehicle I saw online. The sales person did not follow up after our initial conversation. When I followed up they claimed the vehicle was on hold. After a few days they contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was available due to unforeseen circumstances. While that may have been the truth it felt I was being jerked around. At that time they still would not give me the pricing information I was requesting without me coming to the dealership and test driving the vehicle. I am not local to the dealership so will take my business elsewhere.

I've been to every dealer here and there in northwest Ohio and Exceptional is definitely the best in my opinion. absolutly fantastic customer service, very simple buying process, and extremely helpful and informative staff. Shoutout to Luke for making my purchase happen, you rock dude.
