I had an excellent experience with Titus at Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC. I found a Yukon I was interested in online and told them exactly what I was looking for - they honored that and stayed focus on my wish list throughout the process. I live 2 hours away and really enjoyed the video Titus sent. Titus stayed in contact throughout the process but not to the point of being annoying - his actions just told me he really cared about meeting our needs and making the sale. My local dealership (Peppers Automotive Group, Inc.) really dropped the ball. Daylight and dark in regard to sales professionalism. We won't even take our new vehicle to them for service at this point. You can tell the entire team at Darrell Waltrip has been well trained and is well managed. The purchase process is long but we got a fair price on our trade and great interest rate - we left pleased with the experience.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Canyon some ten years ago, The salesperson was as professional and honest as he could be. Over the course of the 8 years that followed was outstanding as well. The Service Dept. was top notch from the manager on down. Then a new manager came in, it all changed. The service advisors in my option are aloof and curt, as if that wasn’t bad enough. A service tech made a huge mistake, installed the engine oil the dealer ship used, NOT the oil I provided, REALLY ? No apology from the Service Advisor, no nothing. The tech claimed he did know what was in the box, so he didn’t use it !

I have owned several GMC vehicles purchased at Darrell WALTRIP andI always considered the service department of a dealership as the most important part of the decision in buying a new car. Ms Nault has always handled the servicing needs for the vehicles I have owned. Ms Nault is exceptional in her professionalism, dedication and knowledge of the servicing of the respective vehicle. Kevin Chang is a ROCK STAR! I have never been provided EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service like he provided. Because I reside an hour away, most of my interaction with Kevin was via email. Kevin took his time to reserach and answer every single question I had! Kevin never said NO! He took his time to even video/record the GMC Sierrra I was interested in purchasing. Every single question answered! He was amazing!
