The vehicle service went very well. The service personnel were friendly and responsive. That is where it stopped. The advisor had a chip on his shoulder and showed by his actions. The waiting area was cold with no one available to fix it.

I worked with two salesman, Roy Roberts and Jordan Clayton, both did an outstanding job! Jordan started working wth me and helped negotiate the purchase price of my new truck, as well as the trade of my old truck. He was not a high pressure salesman, and was a pleasure to work with. When we could get to my numbers, Lawrence Martin (Manager) stepped in to make it all happen. Then Roy stepped in to finish up with the sales process and assisted me with tranfering some accessories from my old truck to my new truck. It was a GREAT experience, I highly recommend Waltrip GMC! Don't forget to ask for Roy and or Jordan!

Alex was the friendliest car salesman imaginable. He took such good care of me and my parents I brought in. He reassured I would leave in the car I had set my eyes on. As you can see in this beautiful picture he took below I left with the car of my dreams and the biggest smile. He was very quick and efficient with the process and extremely patient with me as I am hard headed at times, but he took on the challenge with a smile. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family in the future who are looking. All around he made my first real car buying experience feel less stressful and more fun.
