This was a straight forward easy transaction. Aundrea was the sales rep I dealt with. Every step of the negotiation was easy, hassle free and friendly. Never was I asked to come into the dealership to get the best deal, nor did I receive pushback on removing dealer adds etc. The resulting sale sheet was clean and the offer was well below every other dealer I talked to (around 6). All of this was accomplished over the phone within a 24 hour window. When I arrived, all the paperwork was in place as discussed. No upsells, no bait and switch, just a clean deal. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. In the finance office, Harvey was personable, thorough and efficient. Everything was explained fully and no hidden fees or hard sells on extended warranties were offered..... Just matter of fact "This is available to you if you are interested." I highly recommend Matthews Kia Cartersville. They have certainly earned my loyalty.

From the outset Kasandra in their service department was polite and professional. They honored their warranty and had me back on the toad in short time. Really surprised me. They will be my go to dealership for all things KIA. Good people.

Recall service was done in a timely manner. Customers lounge needs some attention. Chair fabric is peeling off and looks terrible. Coffee and snacks were very good. There was only one vehicle on display in the sales room. My question to my wife was if you were closing the dealership. The KIA is very popular and a lot of new dealerships are opening.
