I give Benson Hyundai a 5 because I received a 2024

I give Benson Hyundai a 5 because I received a 2024 Elantra Hyundai from them one week before I got married and it is awesome. The salesman Isaiah is awesome, and when people go to that dealership they should suggest him, and Believe me you will not go wrong with that. He will stand 100% behind them because he has your best interest in mind. You would be in a new card soon because of him. Great work Isaiah, and keep up the good work

Jay Barton helped us with the purchase of our new Hyundai

Jay Barton helped us with the purchase of our new Hyundai Elantra Limited Hybrid. Jay was pleasant to work with. He went over the warranty the various options. Once we made the purchase he ensured the vehicle was cleaned and full of fuel. He synced our phones with the car and explained/helped with the various set-up options.

Follow up on a warranty issue two months after purchase

Follow up on a warranty issue two months after purchase of a 2023 Sonata Hybrid Limited was not acceptable. No returned phone call or email response from sales mgr or sales rep for a week. Finally called Hyundai and they indicated the part was covered under warranty and it will be taken care of with a different dealer. A simple answer from Benson as to coverage would have saved me time and effort. Purchase was fine, only 2 stars for not being responsive to the problem.
