I have always had a good experience at Benson. First with their service department and now with a new car purchase. Will continue to use them for future service on my new Sonata.

Benson Hyundai's service department scheduled an appt a week in advance then purposely canceled it nefariously to inconvenience customer under false pretense of needing to order more parts and fabrication of needing further inspection or inspection appts. They purposely moved my vehicle to sales and hid my keys upon pickup then closed the office maliciously attempting to keep me from obtaining my vehicle.

Tonia achieved the deal that we wanted and so much more. She definitely hung in there with us through the entire process. Couldn't ask for a better car buying associate. Can't tell ya how many times she went back to the big man's office to make the deal that was right for us. If you want it, Tonia make it happen! Will be going to her for all our auto deals.

Robert winecoff, Antonio, and Mike were excellent negotiators and help me purchase the car I wanted and researched. Magnificent job with filing paperwork and hassle less with find rebates and discounts. Thanks for their services and helpful professionalism. In and out the same day less that 3 hours.

BEWARE! Purchased our Tucson new, very nice salespeople and business office. Took the car back for an oil change and was told we needed an alignment. Had just less than 150 miles earlier purchased new tires. (no abnormal wear). The tire shop had inspected it with nothing noted. We took the car to another shop for an alignment, NOTHING was found bad. Also we were told that the oil was changed and ALL fluids were checked. As soon as my wife got home from the oil change, I checked the car over and the washer fluid was empty, however the block on the work order we received for the oil change states that it was filled. Upselling and not performing.

Sales Department was Excellent overall. Heather Moore was active with our needs Jed in finance was quite a character. Time to finally get to the finance guy (Jed) was a long period of time. I'm assuming because of processing a lot of sales transactions.

Mrs.Tonia Martin has put me in a brand new vehicle. She's really good at what she does, she's very professional 👏🏾 I'd recommend a friend or family member in need of a car to come talk to her any day of the week!!
