These guys always do an awesome job. My favorite front desk people always greet me warmly and keep me in the loop. They even washed my car this time, which I was not expecting. Keep up the great work!

This is a very professional dealership from management, sales and finance! Mario Hudson in management met us at the door and our sales rep Corey Gordon was terrific. He was courteous, a good listener and focused on finding the right car for me. After the purchase he took time to go over everything in the car with me. I recommend this dealership to everyone. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased at Nucar Mazda of New Castle since 2020. We live in Dover, Delaware, which is 45 minutes away. Dover has a Mazda dealership, but we always return to NUCAR and they never disappoint. Very professional, very personal, and they treat my husband and I like family. Occasional emails just to check in.
