Small Town Auto Sales

Called looking for Jeff was told he was on a test drive with customer, he'll call me back. Never happened. E-mailed 3 times about BUYING a vehicle, and what were my next steps in the process, NO REPLY. If this is how they run a business, when you're trying to buy a vehicle, I'd hate to see how they operate if you bought one and had problems. If you can't return a call or e-mail, dont have the service !!!. This has happened more then once according to reviews i see. I'll buy from a dealer who actually cares about people who call or e-mail

Bought vehicle in August of 2016. Jeff was very friendly and easy to work with. Relaxed atmosphere and no pressure for a sale. Quality vehicles for fair prices. Backed up sale of car with promised minor fixes. Best used car experience we have had. We will definitely shop Small Town Auto again when we are in the market for a used car.

I moved to Hazleton from New City, I started looking and visiting car dealerships in the area, I was starting to think I would never find a good, dependable car in this town! until the cab driver that driving me from car lot to car lot, said lots of people go to Small Town auto sales. The cab driver pulled in front of Small Town auto sales, I immediately said leave me off here, I knew as soon as I seen such a huge inventory of the nicest cars I have seen for the past two weeks I have been looking. I start to look around and a very nice young lady, named Bridgett greeted me with big smile and a how are you feeling today greeting. I could tell I was buying a car from here today. so many cars to choose from, but Bridgett listen to what kind of car I needed, Bridgett showed me just the car, that would fit me perfectly. and before I knew it, I was driving home in a beautiful Chevrolet Tahoe. Thank goodness for Small Town auto sales and Bridgett.

We recently bought a vehicle from Small Town Auto Sales. Jeffrey the main salesman was fantastic. He was patient and amazing in showing me over 6 or 7 vehicles on the lot over a period of a few hours. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and was honest about any fixes they had performed on them. He was not pushy in any way and was very accommodating when it came to what we were looking for in a vehicle. When we finally selected the vehicle we wanted, we met Henry who I believe is a co-owner of the organization. He was fantastic, he made a reasonable deal with me, and was very flexible in allowing me to put down a deposit until I could transfer all the funds necessary to complete the transaction. Overall the experience in buying a car from this dealership was incredibly easy and pleasant. We would definitely buy from Small Town Auto Sales again.

Never meet a nicer dealers. I first meet Karen, she couldn't have done or been anymore for you. Kind , polite and profressenal . Henry , not only knew his cars knew his sports and outdoors activities . True salesman. Very kind to you and family. Truly nice to children. Jeff as honest and big hearted as he is tall. I always hated buying cars from car dealers but this place has won me over. I wasn't pressured in to looking or buying anything in particular or what the salesperson thought i wanted. We were asked if we needed a sales person and said not right now and were left alone to look about the lot until we were ready. once we were ready to talk to someone we simply went inside and said ok we're ready. We test drove a couple of cars and decided on one we liked. I mentioned the check engine light was on and was told the part was already on order and would be fixed which it was. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Bought my 02 Pontac Grand Am GT from this dealer back in march.... helped me start out great with my first car since than theres only been a few hiccups that required attention... but thats to be expected from a 14 year old car.... the sernaks were very friendly.... would deffinitely reccomend buying a vehicle from here

the father and son at small town auto worked with me and communicated during and off hours. love my truck and had a few hiccups right after I bought it. the guys took care of the issues without question standing behind their sale. have a nice collection of cars on there lot and would recommend doing business with them!

Buying our truck here was a piece of cake. They made the buying process very easy and any problem ive had they've addressed it right away and fixed whatever issue weve had. When i decide to purchase another vehicle it will be from here they are great and the prices are reasonable they arent trying to rip you off like other dealers try to do. These guys are honest and stand by their word.
