Was looking to purchase a vehicle and spoke with customer service on flexibility of price of vehicle. The vehicle was a bit over priced from the research I conducted. When I attempted to ask if they were open to negotiate on the price I was meet with price is firm. The people seem unwilling to work with customers and I would stay clear of any place not willing to work with customers.

I've been wanting a Mini every since I could remember. So I found one at Small Town Autos. I went to go look at it and ended up buying it. The family that owns this dealership is super amazing and go beyond helping you. I needed to get my vehicle I drove there home and they were more than happy to help me by following me to my home and than bringing me back over to finish the purchase. Never had a dealership do that before.

We just purchased a 2006 chevy colorado in almost perfect condition.The office staff was a pleasure to deal with and even agreed to let us take the truck to our personal mechanic to be checked out. He found a few things and they were takin care very quickly even with an as is document. We thank you and highly recommend this dealership.

Great Father and Son car dealership! Very nice Father Henry and Son Ryan, They treated like I was their only brother. They both were very humble and patient with me. As it took me four hours to make up my mind on which vehicle I was going to be most comfortable with. They gave me a great price and set me up with an excellent interest rate and gave me a great a warranty. What more can you ask for from a car dealership. I very pleased and I will recommend Henry and Ryan to everyone.

Very nice dealership with huge selection of all kinds of vehicles. Very clean lot and facilities with the most upstanding used vehicles I have seen in a long time. Next off very friendly and caring family business who treats you like you've known them your entire life.. throughout my long and painful car search Ryan made the process smooth as it could be for a lady like me. Very patient family who helped me look through their large selection to find the vehicle that really fit me. Overall I am 10/10 satisfied with everything during this experience. These people are kind, loving and very respectable.. That definitely goes a long way in my book. In the future I will return to small town auto for any of my vehicle needs and will recommend them to anyone i come across in need of a new car. Henry sernak and his son ryan sernak are above and beyond your average business people, they are courteous polite and very sincere with much integrity. They accommodated me and my son, with our purchase of a 2011 Chevy Silverado LTZ truck. a one owner with great miles. We looked at many others trucks at different dealerships. None of them could even compare to what Mr. Henry sernak and Ryan Sernak sold me and my son. I will definitely be buying more cars for the rest of my family from small town auto sales.

My car of 8 years recently quit on me. I shopped online for 4 hours, then on the car fax site I found many vehicles at Small Town Auto in Hazleton. Looking through the inventory I found a 2011 Jeep Compass Sport. Looked beautiful! Went to Small Town the next day and was so impressed. Ryan was so friendly and professional. Really knew his inventory and answered any questions I had about any vehicle. I test drove the Compass, which was just as beautiful as it looked online. Needless to say, bought it. My mechanic looked it over a day later and was truly impressed of the perfect condition it was in. I have already recommended Small Town Auto to several friends who are car shopping. Ryan and his staff are a great group of people-friendly, no pressure. Thank you Ryan for all your help in purchasing this car.

Completely rude and nothing but junk. There don't even give you a 30 day warrenty. Stay away buy anywhere else. It is scarry that they are in business.
