I would not recommend Criswell to people.
I would not recommend Criswell to people. Their staff does not communicate warranties and information well. I bought a vehicle from them and had issues which I told them about. I did not get it fixed within 30 days which I was not told was a requirement and they wanted $150 to diagnose even though they knew it was a problem. I had another issue with the same vehicle for engine repairs. They sold me a limited warranty which only covered $3000 of damages and did not disclaim this upon purchase. I am not fighting to get warranty coverage for even this minimal amount.

James was outstanding with great customer services and knowledge. James was very helpful in my busying process. He explained in detail about the vehicle characteristics, features and performance and even taking me to a test drive. He made the buying process very smooth and i was definitely a happy customer to walk out with a brand new vehicle. James actually stayed late passed his scheduled shift just to make sure everything was completed and I drive off happy.
