Drive to dealer for vehicle. They wreck cars.
Dealer was about to ship to my home and then crashed my new used vehicle. Purchase never when through, so I didn't pay for my vehicle but the inability for this dealership to get a vehicle to a home is utterly pathetic. Worse part is I did all the financing and paperwork and all they had to do is ship it. Another sad point is they wouldn't even consider compensation of any sort toward another vehicle. Just sad dealership.

Nissan LEAF
I bought a 2017 Nissan leaf electric vehicle. When I got it home the charger didn't work. No problem, I thought so I called to get it replaced. No such luck. I was told that they had to schedule an inspection of the car to make sure it was the charger. No problem again. Then i was told it would be 2 weeks till the appointment. Problem. An electric vehicle without a charger is like a gas car with a locked gas cap and no key. So, they sold me a car that I couldn't use for 2 weeks and a service person with no authority to make it right. I managed to borrow a charger from a friend and kept driving, but i certainly won't make the mistake of buying from Carmax again.

What a disappointment!
We bought a pick up and when my husband came home he decided to rotate the tires and the back brakes were so rusty and deeply pitted and needed to be replaced! When we took the pick up back they said they would not replace the brakes. Carmax's warranty means nothing!! Just a heads up, if you are in the market to buy a used vehicle I would definitely not recommend going to CarMax!
