Although, I have been using this dealership for years, I must say the service has somewhat declined in the past two years. I went in for an issue with my radio/dashboard system was NOT repaired by the simple update they initially told me was the problem. I’ve waiting for the part now for over a month. This is unacceptable. Needless to say my vehicle remains unrepaired.

My truck was damaged when it was taken in for service.
My truck was damaged when it was taken in for service. Dealer claimed that it was not their fault and that the truck was damaged when they received it and even documented the damage although I was never told and found out a day later which leads me to believe that it happened under their possession. I had to pay for the damages myself.
