INFINITI of Lynbrook

This is a dealership in transition , moving to a new building in the next weeks and in a temporary location. Yet the staff gave us a great deal and met our every need. They went that extra mile including coming to our home to make the home-link operate our garage door opener. We have owned an Infinity for the last 20 years, but the new Q 50 is a big upgrade with many new features. Our salesman, Joan Lopez, and the sales manager, Rafael Rodriguez, were just wonderful. They went out and got us a car with exactly what we wanted in it and explained how all the new features work. A wonderful car buying experience.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rafael Rodriguez and Joseph Mellon was so helpful and made sure we were happy with our choice. They went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. My kids and I love our new vehicle, we had a Nissan Murrano and decided to trade in for the new QX60 its so much more spacious and fits my kids so much better especially with the car seat. I worked through Scott Gallo for my purchase of a used BMW X5. The truck was priced very well and they held the truck to give me enough time to drive from NH to come look at and drive the truck. It was a hassle free negotiation process. They took my Highlander in for a fair trade value and were able to execute the sale and let me drive away in the new truck on a Sunday afternoon.
