Timmy and Talles are the two guys I was blessed to deal with. It was a pleasure from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. They made the process simple, smooth and pleasant. It was the best service I have received in the auto world. They were both knowledgeable, patient , honest and respectful. Infinity Q56
My wife and I was looking to upgrade to a larger full size SUV, we came to Lynbrook Infinity instead to purchase our vehicle. Their service was above what we expected, the environment and the culture made us feel at home and welcome. Scott Gallo, Timothy Keegin and Martin the business manager all was extremely helpful answer all of our questions. Scott and Timothy was our main sales Reps. make all our transaction smoothly and hassle free. Also at the service center Service director Joseph Maruca was really helpful and professional. STAY FAR AWAY
I returned my lease to this dealership, signed the necessary document and thought my interaction was finished. A month later i got a call from Infiniti financial that my account was delinquent and that i was on the hook for the full car because it was not returned and that they filed a delinquency with my credit. This particularly sucked because I was in the process of getting a mortgage. I contacted this miserable dealership and they said they would look for the car on the lot and get back to me in a few days. After no one getting back to me, I went down to the dealership and demanded written proof that they know where my car is. Their response was "the person who does the leases is away at a conference so they couldn't get it for me". I insisted they give me the document anyways, and they said they will see what they can do. They went upstairs for 3 hours, came down and handed me the grounding documents for my car and although it showed it was returned a month ago, it showed the closed date as that day. Thanks for ruining my credit because your guy forgot to ground the lease. I reached out to them for an explanation and posted on their Facebook account but no answer. So next best thing is to warn everyone, STAY FAR AWAY!

Great service!
I purchase my vehicle here, so all my service work is always done here. Never had any issues, they are always very thorough with the work preformed. Had alternator and throttle body replaced under warranty and so far so good. They have always taken good care of my vehicle, it's all about the approach, people will treat you they way they are treated some of us don't realize this @ all the negative reviews!

Smooth from start to finish
I was driving past the dealership when I saw a truck I was interested in. After calling the dealership I was put in contact with Scott the used car manager. Scott was very accommodating and put me in touch with Tim the salesman. The entire experience was very easy and I would definitely come back and do business again.
