Michael Scharf, our salesperson, and Nelson Perez, the finance officer, were extremely friendly and helpful. Mike was able to locate a car when other dealers we not. Nelson gave us different financing options, which made it easier for us to handle the payments.

Gave me options , didn't dive in with the first vehicle offered and was a descriptive as possible with pricing options. Very patient and took his time with me. This was all very appreciated.

I walked into City World Toyota and was immediately greeted by Devon Lyncook. I told him I was looking for an SUV for my wife and he introduced me to each one in their showroom. Devon was very knowledgeable on the different body styles and pricing options and recommended the RAV4 and the Venza because of my budget. My wife and I ended up financing the RAV4 sport and I must say I was very pleased on the excellent service Devon Lyncook and City World Toyota has provided me. Highly Recommended!!!

I was totally confused on what to buy. I met George and he was very helpful in assisting me with this purchase. he answered all my questions and made some really good suggestions. he is a good person to work with.

I'm so glad I met George because buying a car it's not a easy task. He's been helping me with all my car needs since 2002. I have purchased 4 vehicles from him and I'm working on my 5th. I came in on the advertisement I viewed in the daily news. I went to the dealership doubtful that they would actually honor this ad, not only did they honor the ad my salesman Abe also gave me spectacular service. He calls me all the time to see if I am still happy with the car and we have great conversations. I'm coming back to this dealership when I need a car from now on.

When I walked into the dealership I didnt know what to expect. I was nervous, anxious all of the above. This is my first car so I was extremely cautious. As soon as I walked in Michael introduced himself and the rest is history. The customer service was exceptional and I did not feel as though I was getting swindled or lied to about purchasing that car. He was very honest with me, and helped me understand everything there is to know about a car. He was the best, and Im very pleased with their customer service. Everyone there is really nice. In my opinion George M. Rodriguez is the epitome of what a good sales person should be. He was very engaging and patient w/me as this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and I had plenty of questions. He was very knowlegable and friendly and made the entire experience a very pleasant one. If I ever purchase another new car I would definitley get in touch w/George keep up the GREAT WORK!!!
