Left my Jeep flooded and refused to fix it. I have bought two vehicles from Croton Auto Park over the past decade, but my trust is completely broken. I left my Jeep Wrangler with their service department for two weeks for an approved paint repair. When I went to pick it up, I discovered they never even ordered the parts to do the work. Worse, they negligently left my vehicle cabin open or unsealed during a severe storm. The interior was flooded with 3 inches of standing water. While they used a shop vac to clear the puddles, the carpets, insulation, and floor electronics are still completely drenched. When I confronted management, they refused to take responsibility or properly dry out the interior to prevent mold and electrical damage, calling it an "Act of God." I have filed formal complaints with Stellantis the NY DMV. Avoid this dealership. They do not care about loyal customers or protecting your property.

I was extremely happy with the entire experience. The team was fast, transparent, and consistently clear in their communication. Even though I was buying a used truck, I genuinely felt treated with the same care and attention as someone purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Brianna was incredibly helpful in gathering all the preliminary information and quickly connecting me with the right people. But the real standout was Ethan. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine effort to make everything smooth and worry-free were exceptional. Buying a used car can sometimes feel like a gamble, especially sight unseen, but Ethan went above and beyond to make the process feel comfortable, safe, and fully trustworthy. When I arrived to pick up the truck, everything was exactly as described—smooth, efficient, and handled with real pride in their work. The Ram 3500 Laramie I purchased feels practically new, and I couldn’t be happier. I would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Ethan—you’ll be in great hands.

Where do I begin? I vowed never to come back here after an issue servicing my car a few years ago. So let's start with my most recent interaction. For the record I've only ever had issues with the service dept. I purchased a new car from them.in 2015 with zero issues. I recently purchased another dodge, not from them, a few months ago and that vehicle had an error message saying to bring it to authorized dealer. I called croton and explained i needed to come in because of this error message on my uconnect box. The woman in the service dept. then told me they couldn't service my vehicle because "they were too busy servicing THEIR OWN customers vehicles." Baffled I said I am a customer since 2015 and that shouldn't matter! She proceeded to question me " then why didn't I buy this one from them as well?" I told her that's not her concern she said "then I should bring it back to that dealership and have them service the vehicle" I explained that dealership is in Maryland she scoffed put me on hold to see what she could do and gave me a service date over a month away. This interaction solidified why I will not ever go back for any reason. (2nd occurrence) As many dodge durango owners know, rain water seeps into the brake lights causing them to burn out, a problem that should be addressed in a recall but I digress. My 2015 being under warranty at the time, I requested they replace it, they did after I had to call Chrysler to complain about Crotons refusal, eventually they did replace it...it happened again about 1 1/2 years later, that part now being under its own service warranty, I went to croton to fix and reluctantly they did. Which now warranties that part all over again and of course the issue repeated and I brought it back to have it repaired which the manager told me he wouldn't do it again even though it's under warranty. Lucky for him the issued hadn't reoccured. The following experience is the one that made me vow never to bring it to this place again: I brought my 2015 in for routine oil and tire rotation. They called me after taking several hours to do asking me if I had recently had work on wheels/tires. Yes about a year before I had 4 new tires put on. Woman said they previous tire shop did something wrong (couldn't tell me what it was) and they had to bore a hole in my rim in order to get wheel off... WHAT? I rushed to the dealership only to get multiple conflicting stories and had I not been car savvy person they would have gotten over on me or someone less knowledgeable about cars. They tried to bill me hundreds of dollars, they destroyed my rim and in fact scratched another rim! Long story short the mechanic didn't put the tire not on properly and cross treaded it. AFTER having rotated the tires. They tried to tell me it was already like that which made no sense because then you're telling me he was able to get it off initially, noticed the problem, rotated the tires and then put the same bolt on with the same nut?! Which you then had to bore out the rim to remove and then replace properly? After catching them in their lies and several weeks of going back and forth. They were forced to repair the scratched rim, replace the other bored out rim and replace the bolt THEY destroy. Listen mistakes happen that's fine but when you try to be dishonest and get over on customers you're a bad business! When your employees are rude to customers, your a bad business, when you consistently doing these bad business practices...guess what! YOUR A BAD BUSINESS!

Horrible customer service. Refused to look at our brand new Jeep Wrangler purchased about 1 month ago because it was purchased at another Jeep dealership. The car won't drive. Had to call for roadside assistance who said we could pay to have it towed to the "nearest dealer" which was already refusing to help us. Now having the car towed 20 miles away because Jeep of Croton won't help. My husband is a 12 year customer of Croton Jeep, so disappointing.

Service department is not great. Very poor communication. They do not return calls. Their text message system is a joke. By contrast, I had a great experience with Sales (ask for Carl; he is very knowledgeable and helpful)

Came to get my brand new jeep looked at. having stater issues my tow guy stated I needed a battery. came there hoping they could fix the issue. was told to either take my car to the dealership where I purchased or try another jeep dealership, being I did not purchase my car there, they did not want to be responsible for anything. I get it, but aren't all these dealerships affiliated? If I brought my car from Canada, would I have to go there to get it fixed??

Jay Miller has sold me 6 vehicles in the last 6 years. I would only buy my jeeps and promaster work trucks from Jay. Looking forward to picking up my seventh vehicle this coming week. Thank you jay.

Called to take a look at a 2012 R/T challenger, super low miles, beautiful car, 2 owner clean car fax, unfortunately I called ahead to make sure the car was available to view and when we got to the lot, it's no where to be found. Never greeted as we walked the entire lot. This car was pricey for the year but I had no problem working out a deal at full price. When I walked in after traveling 35 min in my 24" diesel work truck, I am told the car is not at said location but 5 minutes up the road at a body shop. With some confusion and a 1/2 a$$ apology and a " we don't usually operate like this" from who I believe is the manager and maybe assistant I presume. I am taken to a body shop that the car has been sitting at for over a month, flat tires, filthy and the paint is destroyed unless full paint job is done, rust on the rear roof in a spot down to bare metal above rear window. They let me drive the car back to the shop with my ID in hand and then the guy they give me as the sales person says make us an offer. Not a problem as I came to see the car advertised on every top site on the web, with pictures taken in the winter probably 5 years ago. Despite what I saw and getting into the unknown I make an offer considering And assuming I will take care of the paint job the car needs on my own dime as well as the missing weather stripping and a brake job needed, I offer $6k cash and am willing to finance $13k. The salesman pretty much gasps at me like I'm nuts. If $19k isn't enough to cover your 25k used car in this shape than I don't need to deal with you guys and wouldn't recommend anyone to. I'm a small business owner looking to buy a toy and enjoy a low mile nice car, DIDNT EXPECT SUCH BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING and A wast my time. If he had went to manager and told him I'm willing to take the car at FULL PRICE if the car was even a 1/2 the shape of the advertised photos. Not that I believe anyone cares but I hope no one has to wast their time or diesel $7.09/gallon getting to this place.. I'm an extremely disappointed potential customer.
