Had no problem with service, but billing was a nightmare. I was given someone else's invoice and I paid it. Went back for a credit and paid the correct invoice only to find out i was charged again for the wrong invoice.

Excellent experience from moment I arrived.
Excellent experience from moment I arrived. Staff who greeted me was pleasant and courteous. Tim listened to issue I was having with my right rear tire. He then explained the process of evaluating the condition of my tire. He came back to explain why my right rear tire needs replacement and explained that my left rear tire needs replacing, too. Technician, Keegan sent a video showing the condition of my car--very much appreciated. I was notified as soon as the work was completed. Cashier was also pleasant. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
