The dealership never contacted me. So I can't really give a review on them.

Very slow to reply to my messages and the offer for my trade was insulting!

Pretty disappointed by the low ball offer on a 2024 2500hd with only 30,000 miles. Lt with everything you can have on that truck. A non rust truck. Now compared to a 2021 ram 3500 dually with about the same miles. Laramie. But rust underneath and they were unwilling to come off the price which in north Carolina a truck like that with rust wouldn't get 58,000. For it and they wanted me to take a 20,000 hit on the value of my 3 year new 2500hd. No thanks

Great experience! Fantastic dealership with a museum like feel. They took care of one minor problem I had with moisture in a headlight by replacing the headlight while I waited. Absolutely fantastic people, great service, quick paperwork turnaround.

Reached out to the dealership directly to ask of Truck I seen online was still available. I was told yes, told them I was on my way drove two hours got there and was told it sold... Waste of time gas and tolls. I don’t know if this is what they do to get people to come to the lot but not cool. I wouldn’t waste my time if you have to drive a ways to get to this place...

Clean looking vehicles, perhaps some a bit overpriced. Didnt go in person but looks nice. I didn't buy here because of poor communication. Don't waste your time unless you have something your positive on putting an offer

It's been 2 mos since buying my '11 GMC DENALI dually from Lime Ridge. I live nearby and am always impressed with their inventory, so after deciding to upgrade my ride, I reached out via their website and Jamien called. This was my 1st diesel purchase, so I had many questions for him. Afterwards my wife and I decided to visit the dealership, where we test-drove 5 different trucks. It turned out to a very busy day for the dealership, but Jamien was patient and gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. He also hooked me up with some performance mods as part of the deal, gave me a fair price on my trade, and has even taken care of some issues I discovered after the fact...at zero cost! Jamien has been great to work with before, during, and after the purchase. I have been 100% pleased with this place and highly recommend them. In a world full of used auto dealers, these guys stand out above the crowd!

Great place to buy a quality used truck. Fair and honest sales staff and I would not hesitate to recommend lime ridge auto to anyone. Loving my 2006 ram 2500 with the 5.9 and six speed manual. It took me a while to nail down one of these trucks and I could not be happier. Was definitely worth the drive from vermont
