Exceptional Service

I have leased four cars with Bay Ridge Honda, and I have always received exceptional service from Mark Anthony Esmade. Mark has always made the leasing experience easy and hitch free. He works closely with you through the entire process, from the moment you walk into the dealership to the time you pick up the car -- and beyond. Mark goes so far as to give you a reminder call as the inspection on the car you have purchased is close to expiration. I truly exceptional salesman!

Serg Was an Excellent Salesman!

I'd like to recommend Bay Ridge Honda because of their dedicated and most helpful sales staff. Sergio Casian was our salesman and he couldn't have been more devoted to customer satisfaction. He stayed with us through every step of buying a used car, and this included waiting patiently for drive the vehicles, get financing, and then prepping the car for our immediate use. He even attached the new plates himself that day so that we could drive home in our BEAUTIFUL Jetta! Thank you, Serg and Bay Ridge Honda!

Sean Park the salesman made this experience extremely easy!

I highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda for the following reasons: First, Sean Park my salesman was excellent and went above and beyond what he had to do in order to complete this transaction. There was a glitch in the process and Sean was able to overcome this issue and make the process smooth and easy. The length of time it takes from picking a vehicle until driving out the door is minimal. Everyone is friendly and anxious to assist you. I highly recommend this dealership for any lease or purchase and highly recommend Sean Park to be your salesperson.

New Purchase

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership .I went to a few , but left disappointed . The Service I received at Bay Ridge Honda , was exceptional ! Two men went above and beyond to make this deal amazing . Raymond Yu was very informative , honest and easygoing . I didn't feel any pressure . Adrian was very helpful and resolved any questions/ issues I needed further assistance in . He worked with me to close the deal at a reasonable price which I am very happy with .Their charm, respect and positive attitude made doing business with them a pleasure ! I will be recommending Bay Ridge Honda to all my friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle hassle free. I am grateful to these men for my experience !

Great experience!

I can honestly say that I have never had such a quick pleasant experience with leasing a vehicle. Both Sean and Joseph very professional and straight forward. I will definitely be back to see him for my next Honda.

Trust and honesty are most important to me.

This is my third lease with Bay Ridge Honda and second with Mark Anthony. I will not buy or lease a Honda anywhere else. I also use them exclusively for service. I recently moved from Brooklyn to Merrick and tried a Honda service center near Merrick. They both over charged me and recommended servicing which was unnecessary and I latter found out not even done completely. So I will gladly drive the one hour distance from Merrick to Brooklyn for all my service needs.

Great and Easy Experience

I worked with Frank Baldassare with the INTENTION to consider leasing a Honda. I intended to also consider Toyota and Hyundai. Frank was able to articulate the benefits of Honda without trying to pressure me to make an immediate decision. Frank's product knowledge and commitment to the brand made it clear that my search was over. I returned the following day to begin the paperwork and now have begun a lease on a Honda Accord. You should be very proud of Frank and although I have not dealt with your other salespersons, I hope that Frank is representative of your staff!
