Happy with my new 2017 Honda Accord!

General Sales Manager Harry Potamianos is the best. He took care of an issue that I had very professionally & quickly. They value their customers. I am very happy working with him and also my agent Jamie.

Great Service

Igor was very professional and down to earth. For my first ever car he was the best person for me to have. he explained every step and made sure i was 100% comfortable and happy.

outstanding service

First off, Sergio Is the greatest! He is patient, caring and wants to give his best so we can feel confident making the right decision regarding our new car. After we bought the car we needed his help a couple of times to program some features of the car and he was the same as nice and helpful as day one. We are very happy with the purchase and the dealer in general has demostrated commitment with their costumers offering the best options and the best staff. I will recommend sergio to anyone who is interested in excellent service and guidance when buying a car on honda bayridge dealer.

Great experience

Today we were at Bay Ridge Honda and had the same wonderful experience as our first time there. Our Sales person Jose Gonzalez is great to talk to and is knowledgeable about his job. Extremely satisfied- Hakim

Where to do I start on my experience, Sergio was a very helpful, and a very respectful man. Even though i showed up many times before purchasing the car (Infiniti G37xS), ) he was very patient and always had time to answer questions or any concern. Happy with my 2nd Honda

This is the second (additional not a replacement) Honda Accord that we have leased with Igor Shiff from Bay Ridge Honda. Customer service is impeccable. The Accords ride like a dream. Thank you to Igor for once again making the transition easy and smooth. He is a gentleman and a superb dealer. He is the reason we will be back to Bay Ridge Honda again.

Perfect from start to finish!

Met with Leo when we walked in. U am in Th business but kept that t myself for most of this process. Wanted to make this as quick and as painless as possible for my elderly grandmothe.
