Bait and Switch Scammers.. Dishonest dealership. Don't...

Bait and Switch Scammers.. Dishonest dealership. Don't Visit. No communication. As professional educators, we wanted to buy a car for our daughter attending college. Spoke to Stephanie about a specific car we were interested in and she said the car was there and available. Drove 1.5 hours and when we arrived they showed us the car but we noticed it had a 1000 more miles on it and we did not think anything of it. After 2 hours of waiting we were never told that that car that was shown to us was a "different car" and the car we originally came for was sold a couple of hours before we got there. Coincidence... I think not. It was the exact same car, and they tried to sell it for 3,000$ more. Save your time and energy. They were deceitful and disappointing. We have been researching for 3 months to get the best deal and have been to many dealerships, and Honda Bay Ridge was by far the most corrupted .

From the moment I walked in and was approached by him, I knew I was going to be in great hands. He took his time and answered all my questions. Thank you Luis for your patience and kindness. I am thrilled with my new ride!

Bayside Honda

I've been doing business with this Dealer for Years....

I've been doing business with this Dealer for Years. Just picked up another Car on 1/16/21. I keep going back because they always leave me with a great impression and also work out very great Deals with me. Igor Schiff and the Staff there have always made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. They will take there time and be patient with you in making your decision so you never feel rushed or stressed in the process. Everything is explained in full transparency. Really couldn't ask for more from a Dealership! Jason

I have bought 7 cars here no issues . i leased an hrv and...

I have bought 7 cars here no issues . i leased an hrv and my lease is up. I am having health issues and going for surgery .I cannot drive right now . I called and spoke to my sales person to ask for a pick up after inspection of my car . She was very nasty and said that’s Honda policy . she would have to pay sometime drive it to them . I said , i can’t drive , i would have to drive . i am not replacing my car until after surgery and recovery they flatly refused to pick it up . they don’t care that i have serious health issues and i am a widow. Absolutely no loyalty to a long time customer. i will definitely rethink my choice of dealer in the spring when i go for another car .
