Kevin and Kaleb are AMAZING!

Kevin and Kaleb are AMAZING! We got a full size SUV that needed a part replaced and they have done everything to expedite the process all while maintaining communication on what’s going on. They’ve been extremely accommodating as well. We’re sending anyone looking their way!

Kaleb was absolutely amazing!

Kaleb was absolutely amazing! He worked miracles to get me the best deal on the car that I really wanted. I would recommend GMC Rivertown and Kaleb to anyone looking to get them a quality vehicle! I will be getting all of my cars from them in the future.

My car was at the dealership for nearly a month.

My car was at the dealership for nearly a month. I kept getting told, just a few more days, waiting on a part, waiting on a tool, ect. No work done on it until I complained to corporate. Then miraculously my car was ready the next day. After spending money on a rental car, I was given a loaner car but got no communication from the service person until I complained to corporate. Horrible communication and outright lies about the status of my car. Very dissatisfied.

Due to the age of the vehicle, specialized tools had to be ordered before work could be completed, and at the same time our shop was managing an unusually high volume of repairs. While that contributed to the timeline, we recognize that our communication should have been clearer and more consistent throughout.
