Did not even have a appointment , Called while in town and was told to come on. Quick service for oil change and tire rotation. Reasonable and had a coupon for $10.00.

Email me a price on a car but when I got there they said it was a computer glitch and they could not sell me the car for that price. Shadey dealership with hidden fees also.

Purchased a truck here (Group One GMC)from Carlos. Great experience from the staff during sales/service. Stacy (GM) runs a tight ship. He bought lunch for me today from the food truck that was there,while waiting for an oil change. 5 stars for being treated like a King ! Highly recommend Carols for you next auto purchase.

When I first walked in no one greeted me or asked what they could help with. Stood around for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. No other customer was in the service department. After being there for some time no one told me my vehicle was ready I just so happened to see it parked on the side of the building. Don’t know how long it had sat before I approached the service department. The service advisors are not friendly or really personable. My very first visit was a great experience. But this last time wasn’t the best. One thing that i appreciated in my first visit was while my vehicle was being worked on I was sent updated as well as a video of them doing work on my vehicle. This was appreciated. This last time none of that happened. The first time as they brought my vehicle back up after being completed. The gentleman driving my car got out cleaned out the floorboard protectors and even wiped the driver door after touching it. Very impressed. I hope it changed otherwise I will do what everyone else does and take my vehicle to another GMC to be worked on. This would mean not only vehicle maintenance but any future vehicle purchases would be made elsewhere as well.
