I did my research before I came here and they answered all my questions when comes to car and the service. Thank you Sac River Auto
I got My AMG from Sac River Auto , They were awesome. Quick to respond and when it came down to purchasing the vehicle, they answered all my questions... and did their best to give me the best option
Yesterday, I purchased my 4th car from Mohamad Maita. All the cars were under full factory warranty. I kept my last car for 8 years and Sac River Auto... was still able to give me over $10K in trade. Mohamad and his staff are professional, honest and personable and it's great to catch up with them when I stop in. There is never any pressure to buy and Mohamad is always able to find the car I am looking for at a great price. I would recommend Sac River Auto to anyone looking to buy a car; whether its a commuter car or a luxury vehicle you are looking for. Thank you to Mohamad and his team for finding me my new dream car!
Excellent experience at a conveniently located establishment. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everything one could ask for when car shopping... , definitely coming back for other vehicle
My husband and I purchased a car for our teen daughter from Sac River Auto . We had been looking around for quite awhile for the right car; one that was... safe, reliable, and in good condition. We found the perfect car on Sac River Auto's lot. Based on our experience with other dealers within our price range we were guarded and cautious. However, as soon as we met personally with Mohamed he won us over. He was personable and trustworthy, we had no reservations about the quality of the car we were purchasing. We had done extensive research on the vehicle we purchased and we feel confident we bought the car at a fair price. My husband is very knowledgeable about cars (he does all of our vehicle maintenance and repairs) and was very pleased by the mechanical condition and cleanliness of the car. We have owned the car for several weeks now and have not had any problems. The title came timely in the mail. Our daughter has enjoyed driving her new car and we feel relieved she's in a safe and reliable vehicle. We hope to find the right car at Sac River Auto in just a few short years for our next teen driver.
I got my 2010 Lexus from this dealership and never have issue and the guy who helped us he got us a discount over the deal very professional people
This dealership and their sales reps are very shady. We drove over 2 hours to purchase an SUV. When we got there we had to wait a while to get any help.... We had to track down the only guy at the lot, his name was Mohammed. He was not helpful. He was on the phone the whole time we were looking at the car, basically too busy to give us his full attention. He did not seem like he was in the mood to sell a car. We ended up leaving as he was very short and rude to us. A dealership that is this unprofessional does not deserve our business so we left. Definitely worse dealership I've ever been to.
My husband and I were shopping for a used car all day and came by this dealer because of their online selections and good reviews. We were in the dealership... for 30 minutes with no other buyer and no dealer reps. I walked around to the front of the store where there were plenty of cars displayed and a rep. looked up at me from what he was doing (putting a price sticker on a car windshield) and looked back down with no response. I continued to look some more but no reps. bothered to greet us or ask us if we needed help. I guess they didn't want any business that day. We left the dealership with no regrets.
It took me awhile to decide on the car I wanted to buy my daughter but decided on the Ford Edge. It took me almost as long to actually find a one in the... color and all the options we wanted. Sac River Auto, in Davis had what we were looking for. I called Sac River Auto after hours, but at the time did not know they were closed but Mohammad answered. I told him I was interested and if he could come down on the price he said he has been getting a lot of interest on the Ford Edge and was already given an offer but the customer did not come back. I thought about it for a day and then gave him an offer with the stipulation that it had to have a full tank of gas since I had to drive it all the way back to the Fresno area (close to 3 hour drive). He laughed and agree as he understood why. I told him I was unable to pick up the car immediately since I had to work during the week so I gave him a deposit over the phone using a credit card. Note: Not all dealers will do such a thing, so this already gave Sac River Auto high marks in my book. We then arrived on Saturday to pick up the Edge, it was not pristine but still in good shape for a used car. I asked for a few minor fixes like putting air in the tires and changing one of the wipers since it was beginning to rain the driver's side wiper was not in good shape. Again, I told him I have to drive all the way back to Fresno. Everything else went smooth for the final transaction and then we drove it home. After a few days, I retracted the sunroof on the Edge all the way back because it was warm and wanted to let it air out. Once it tracked all the way back I heard a strange click. Then a little later I tracked it back to its close position but it would not fully close. The sunroof was about one inch above the roof line and not closing completely. As you can image, I was not very happy. For those you wondering why didn't test it back at the dealer ship. Well I did but not all the way back because as mentioned earlier it was beginning to rain. The next day I took it to the Ford dealership to see what it would cost to fix it. Wow, what a racket, Ford was going to charge a fortune to fix the Sunroof and in checking with other dealerships my closest dealership was actually cheaper than many others. Now you can image how I may have felt. Angry and very frustrated. As with any used car they are sold "AS IS" and the dealer/seller has no obligation to fix it. That evening I text Mohammad and told him of the issue and that I was very frustrated. I understood he had no obligation to help but he did sell me a car with an issue. He called me saying he was surprised since he tested it himself. I found out later that the previous owner knew of the issue and added non-standard grease to help it close a few extra times. Anyways, Mohammad said he felt bad and would help me get it repaired. I tried to find someone locally that could fix it at a reasonable price but with no luck. Mohammad said he knew of some people but I would have to bring the vehicle to him which I scheduled to do the following Saturday. I dropped off the car at Sac River Auto and one of his younger employees took me to the train station so I could go back to Fresno while the Edge was being worked on. Once it was fixed I rode the train back to Sacramento and they picked me up at the station. While it was not ideal that the sunroof ended up not working properly, Mohammad did help me get it fixed. I did have to spend a little extra but nothing like if I had to pay for the full repair at a dealership. Mohammad offered to help fix it and he came through. Now to some of you it may sound like that I was given a bad deal but again, I stress Mohammad had no obligation to help me get the car fixed financially or by any other means. But he understands what customer service means and how a simple experience like this can do for his business. I would definitely recommend Sac River Auto for used cars.
Easy to deal with, good selection of cars for the amount space they had. Need more people that are allowed to sell the cars. Had problem with vehicle... but did not realize it until got it home. When there test drive the vehicle. Wiper on driver side needed to be replaced and told Mohammad important since I was driving it back the rain to a city that was 3 hours away. Also had them add air to the tires which they did. As for the problem, I tested the sun roof by partially opening and closing it. As said it was starting to rain. The following day I opened it fully and then tried to close it but it would not close fully. Can't take it back since the car was bought As Is. But I have to wonder if they knew about the issue and did not disclose it. Other than that the vehicle seems to be running fine but it has only been a few days
