I dropped in on Phillip Goodwin one afternoon interested in learning more about the CC. Phillip offered a test drive, shared some good information about the car, ran some numbers so I had a good idea of monthly payment ranges. I had let him know that I was not planning to make a purchase for another month or so, and I really appreciated that my timeline was respected without question - no tactics to instill a sense of urgency, just good information. I had been planning to purchase a 1-3 year old preowned vehicle, and since there was not not one available at the time, Philip agreed to be in touch if he came across one, which indeed he did a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, I had experienced some problems with my existing car and was forced to purchase a replacement earlier than I had planned. When I shared this news with Phillip, he offered me a sincere congratulations and complimented my choice of vehicle. Even though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle from Phillip, I would work with him in the future without hesitation. His personality makes rapport building easy, he is professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience!
