I arrived at the dealership prepared to purchase a vehicle if they had the vehicle I wanted and the deal was right. Carlos was great to work with, as was the finance person who processed the loan and purchase paperwork. There was no pressure to buy, and they were very easy to work with regarding available manufacturer discounts. The dealership let me leave my "old" vehicle on their lot until the next day and drive my "new" VW home until I could come back the next day with a second driver.
