My experience surpassed my expectations. I have purchased many cars and 3 from Leith. Working with Kathy was unlike any other experience it was like meeting up with a friend. I texted her in the morning about a vehicle, she responded and the price was confirmed. I completed most of the paperwork online and by text. I was late for my appointment due forgetting my license. I arrived 15 minutes before close. She welcomed me with no sense of a rush but was efficient. Everything was a go to complete deal in about 30 minutes and I have no doubt we could have left without feeling rushed in an hour if we did not need to wait for the customers before us finalizing their deal with the finance manager ahead of us. Kathy was 100% honest about the wait time. Helped us order door dash while we waited for the other customers. Even though it was after closing time she did not make us feel we were keeping her, which we definitely were. We finished with the finance manager expeditiously but again not rushed. Kathy escorted me to my new vehicle with and made sure my CarPlay was connected and everything felt right. I left not feeling the need of recovering from negotiating and purchasing a vehicle. She even checked in with me a few days later. Kathy also had *EXCELLENT* snacks, was engaging with my child, and exuded zero pressure. The way she worked with me is how I wished every car I bought before had been. She should be training others. I will absolutely return to Kathy when I’m in need of another Nissan and I have already recommended her to my friends because she is excellent and it was my pleasure to work with her.
