I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and buying a car at Ruby Automotive was one of the easiest and least stressful. The SUV we bought was just as advertised and Jon was a pleasure to work with. We were out of state buyers and three hours away. Jon arranged delivery to eliminate the need for me to drive back and retrieve the car. I would buy from Ruby Automotive again.

Ruby was able to find the exact car I was looking for and there was no pressure. Ruby auto took their time with me and worked with me on ever detail I was looking for.

Ruby Auto Group has always had very nice cars. I live locally and their cars are always pristine. Just had the chance to purchase an Acura and couldn't be more happy. Not only do I love my new car, Jon made it so easy. Would definitely recommend anyone in the market to buy from Jon.

I bought a 2011 chevy Silverado LT fron Jon about a month ago now. Jon was extremely helpful and responded almost instantly when I contacted him about looking at the vehicle and any questions I had about it. About a week after I had the vehicle I had some issues with it. I told Jon and he had me in to see his mechanic as soon as he was available. After they diagnosed the problem jon offered to pay half of whatever the costs to fix it was even after I bought the truck "AS IS" which is above and beyond what he had to do. I was extremely pleased and happy with how the whole experience was and how professional Jon was with me. I would 100% reccomend checking out his lot and contacting him about a vehicle you are interested in buying!

I hate buying cars – well, actually I love cars but I really dislike car dealers. Ruby Auto Group takes the car dealer out of the equation and made my recent car purchase the most enjoyable I ever had. I told Jon Ruby what car I was looking for – right down to the accessories and trim and he found it for me. By contrast, it took me three months, untold numbers of phone calls to buy my last car and I didn’t get exactly what I wanted. I never had to listen to sales pitches for things that would increase the dealer’s profit but not the life, value or my enjoyment of my car (extended warranty/undercoating/financing) or any talk of “he’ll probably throw your offer in my face, but I’ll take it to the sales manager”. What I did get was exactly what I wanted for considerably less than I would have paid if I had found it on my own – Jon more than made up for what I paid him in savings alone – plus he handled everything. He also took my car in trade and gave me exactly what Kelly’s/Edmunds said it was worth (in trade). I recommend Ruby Auto Group highly – if you’re busy, just don’t like the car buying experience and want to let an expert negotiate for you.

I bought my 2010 Chevy traverse from John and he was great so helpful! I wish I could give the ruby auto group 10 stars bc John deserve them!!! Totally recommend going to see them!!!!
